Services

Buy a service on its own, or have it run as part of Managed. Each one is quoted for your scope before it starts.

Diagnose

Find out what is costing you before you buy anything else.

  • Amazon account audit

One store, Seller Central or Vendor Central, read end to end: account health, listings, Buy Box, stock, fees, returns and ads. You get a written list of fixes, ranked by what each one costs you.

  • Ads audit

Search terms that spend without orders, budgets that run out early, and targets to add or cut, with the spend behind each one.

  • Expansion review

Whether your range can sell on Amazon.co.za or another Amazon store: fees, landed cost, compliance and the products to list first.

Build

Fixed-scope work, bought one piece at a time.

  • Store launch

A seller account on Amazon.co.za or an Amazon store in the UK, EU or US, with shipping, returns, the first listings and the first ads ready to go live.

  • Listing rewrites

Titles, bullets, descriptions and search terms rewritten to Amazon's current rules and for Rufus, Amazon's shopping assistant. Written for each store's language in Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands.

  • A+ content and image briefs

A+ content written and laid out, with a brief for every product image that a designer or photographer can work from.

  • Ads set-up and tuning

Sponsored Products, Brands and Display campaigns built around your margins, then tuned for 30 days: bids, negative keywords and budgets.

  • Reimbursements and fee recovery

Lost and damaged stock, refunds without a return and fees charged in error, found and filed before Amazon's deadlines pass.

  • Account reinstatement

A plan of action for a suspended account or a blocked listing, written to Amazon's requirements and sent from your account.

  • Vendor Central disputes

Chargebacks and shortage claims checked against your shipping records, and disputed where the deduction is wrong.

  • Reporting set-up

A weekly business review, profit by product after every Amazon fee, and payout reconciliation, refreshed every week.

Run

Your Amazon accounts run every week, quoted for your range and stores.

  • Managed Amazon

Catalogue, pricing within your margin floors, ads, stock cover, account health and reimbursements, with a weekly plan, a monthly report and a call.

  • More than one store

One plan across Amazon stores in several countries, or across Amazon and Takealot, with each store's numbers kept apart.

Checked every day

Agents read your account data every day and raise what needs a person. Nothing changes on your account until a person approves it.

  • Account health: performance notices, policy warnings, and order defect, late shipment and cancellation rates.
  • Buy Box: products that lost it, and the reason.
  • Listings: suppressed, stranded or changed listings, checked against your approved record.
  • Stock: days of cover for each product, and what to send in or reorder before it runs out.
  • Ads: search terms that spend without orders, and campaigns over your target advertising cost of sale.
  • Search share: impressions, clicks and purchases on your main search terms, for brand-registered products.
  • Returns: products with rising return rates, and the reasons buyers give.
  • Sales: the products that moved most since yesterday and since last week.

How we work

  1. 01

Start with an Amazon account audit, or a free call if you are not selling on Amazon yet.

  2. 02

Agree the stores, the products in scope and a margin floor for each product.

  3. 03

You add me as a user in Seller Central or Vendor Central and in Amazon Ads. Agents read the data from there every day.

  4. 04

A person approves every change to prices, listings and ad spend before it goes live.

  5. 05

Review the weekly plan together, with a monthly report on what changed and what comes next.

Scope, agreed up front

  • You own the seller, vendor, ads and brand accounts and add me as a user.
  • You pay ad spend directly to Amazon.
  • Agents use only the access you grant in Amazon, and you can remove it at any time.
  • Each store is scoped separately. Managed work is quoted for your range.
  • If we stop, you get a written handover and my access is removed.
