Catalogue Health Dashboard
A dashboard that ranks listings by risk and flags broken listings, missing variants and policy violations before suppression.
01. The challenge
Content gaps, detached variants, policy flags and stale inventory data were spread across several marketplace reports. The operations team was often finding broken listings only after sales fell.
02. The approach
I combined the reports into a health score for each listing. The dashboard ranks listings by risk, shows what lowered each score and flags downward trends. The team starts its morning meeting with that ranked list.
03. What I built
Marketplace report imports mapped to one Supabase database structure
A health-score model per listing that weights content completeness, variant integrity, policy flags, and inventory signals
Listings ranked by risk, with the factors behind each score
Alerts when a listing's score starts falling
04. The outcome
The team uses the ranked list to choose what to fix at standup and catches listing problems before suppression.
