Private until cleared
The public catalogue opens one reviewed package at a time. Private source material, blocked packages, and unpublished records never appear in the public library.
Review before publication
Privacy and licence approval is recorded separately from the decision to publish a package.
Originals stay untouched
The registry packages verified copies. It does not move, rename, or replace the installed source skills.
Open the reviewed library
Only packages explicitly cleared for sharing appear in the public catalogue.
