Amazon EU listing kit

Everything you need to get products onto Amazon's nine EU stores without errors, suppressed listings or deactivated offers: a prep sheet, Amazon's current content and image rules and the EU product rules in one guide, a pre-upload checklist, and a listing checker that reads your sheet and tells you what to fix before you upload.

What's inside

• Listing prep sheet: a CSV with one row per product, parent or variation, for any of the nine stores, and a guide to all 36 columns, including the manufacturer, EU Responsible Person, safety and packaging registration details.
• Content and image rules: titles (including the 75-character limit from 27 July 2026), bullets, descriptions, search terms, images, barcodes and GTIN exemptions, variations, banned claims and store languages, plus the EU rules that can apply: GPSR product safety details, packaging registration (EPR) and the PPWR, Germany, France and Spain, batteries, CE marking, environmental claims under Directive 2024/825, VAT and Pan-European FBA, each rule with its source.
• Pre-upload checklist: what a spreadsheet cannot show, from the main image background to approvals, certificates, safety labels, packed measurements and the first upload.
• Listing checker: a script that checks every row against Amazon's limits and word lists (title length and characters, bullet rules, banned and environmental claims in the store languages, search term bytes, barcode check digits and prefixes, image links and pixel sizes, prices, variation families, store language and the GPSR and EPR fields each store asks for) and writes a report of what to fix and what to check by eye.
• Agent skill: lets Claude Code or another AI agent run the checker and draft fixes from your own product facts.
• Worked example: eight sample rows across Amazon.de, Amazon.fr and Amazon.ie and the checker's report on them.
