Run a weekly marketplace review

One page that covers sales, stock, pricing, advertising and listing health, so the team agrees the week's priorities in one meeting.

Marketplace data lives in separate reports. A weekly review puts the parts that need a decision on one page.

What goes on the page

Keep it to five areas: sales against last week, stock that will run out before the next delivery, prices that hit their floor, advertising spend against sales, and listings whose health score dropped.

Show the change, not only the number. A falling trend matters more than a single low figure.

Decide, then assign

End the meeting with a short list of actions, each with an owner. Anything without an owner goes back on next week's page.

What to automate first

Build the page by hand for a few weeks before automating it. Once the format holds, an agent can assemble it each Monday and flag the items that need a decision. The team still makes the calls.
