Connect your tools before you add an agent
Why mapping how your inbox, CRM and spreadsheets pass work along comes before building any agent on top of them.
An agent can only work with the information it can reach. If enquiries sit in an inbox, follow-ups live in a spreadsheet and the CRM is out of date, start by connecting those first.
Map the handoffs
Write down where each piece of work starts, where it goes next and who picks it up. Mark the places where someone copies information from one tool to another.
Fix the copy and paste
Connect the tools at those points, so a new enquiry creates a record and a follow-up appears without anyone retyping it. Keep the tools you already use where you can.
Then add the agent
Once the information moves on its own, pick one repetitive job for an agent, such as drafting replies or flagging stalled follow-ups. A person approves anything that goes out.
Mapping and connecting the tools is the AI implementation offer. The first agent on top of them is the custom agents offer.
