When a starter exists, it is a file plus the notes to run it.
You import it and run it yourself.
If you want early access to a starter when one exists, say so when you write.
03 - Already running
Catalog health is the shape of a starter: a ranked list, a score, and the notes to run it.
The shop holds drafts. They stay unlinked until a live purchase URL exists.
05 - What you leave with
A file plus the notes, when one exists. Not a managed service. Not a custom job. Not a checkout.
